What information we collect and what we do with it

At Worlds Apart^®, there are different ways we collect information about you:

When you register with us, we ask for information like your name, e-mail address, address, and contact details. We keep a record of this information.

We keep a record of any emails you send us. This helps us to review any problems or concerns you've had with our products or services.

We also record and sometimes play back incoming calls. This helps us to continually improve our customer service and helps us when we're training new World Apart^® staff.

Cookies are small text files that web sites can send to your computer. Cookies are not computer programs, and can't read other information saved on your hard drive. They can't be used to disseminate viruses, or get a user's e-mail address etc. The only information they tell the website, is the information you've already given to us.
